Lead Guide Infant Cove Room

Joined Montessori Children’s Center August 2026.

Ms. Ester is a dedicated educator with extensive experience with infants and toddlers. Her ability to observe and respond compassionately to infants at all stages of development enables her to support children with patience, warmth, and joy.

Ms. Ester has a love of song and music. She enjoys singing with the infants as she helps build their language, rhythm, communication, and connection skills! She completed the academic portion of her Montessori Infant and Toddler training with West Side Montessori Teacher Education Program. She is expected to complete her practicum for the Montessori Infant and Toddler credential in June 2027 through her work as lead guide here at MCC.

Credential Status: Currently pursuing training for a Montessori Infant and Toddler Credential, completing her practicum at Montessori Children’s Center.
Currently enrolled in the WESTEP Montessori Endorsement Program, consisting of 181 hours of coursework.
Education: 15 Credits in Early Childhood Education
Training: Foundations in Health and Safety, Identifying and Responding to Anaphylaxis, Prevention of Brain Injuries, Supervision of Children.
Membership: Member of the American Montessori Society.
